Affiliate Program Terms
- Share your link. You earn 20% of your referrals' subscriptions, after the service fee, for 12 months from the day they joined you.
- Commission becomes withdrawable after 14 days: the window in which a payment can still be refunded. Nothing is ever taken back afterwards.
- Payouts are manual, from $100 upwards.
- People who sign up through your link get 10 free Seedream 5 generations (worth 110 tokens).
These Terms govern the Blogent affiliate program, operated by Blogent. They sit alongside our Terms and Refund Policy.
1. Joining
- Any Blogent account can take part. No application, no approval queue.
- You get a personal link and can choose the name in it, subject to availability.
- You take part as an independent party. These Terms create no employment, agency or partnership between us.
2. How a referral is attributed
- When someone opens your link we remember it in their browser for 60 days. If they sign up in that window, they are attributed to you.
- The first link wins. Once a user is attributed to you, that link is permanent: a later visit through someone else's link does not move them.
- Attribution needs the visitor to keep the record: clearing cookies, switching device or using a browser that blocks storage can break it. We cannot recover an attribution that was never recorded.
3. What earns commission
- Commission is 20% of the amount actually paid for a subscription by a user attributed to you, after the service fee, for 12 months from attribution. The service fee is what running that plan costs us (its full token allowance, social posting and storage); your dashboard shows it as a separate line on every payment.
- It is paid on renewals too, for as long as that period lasts.
- Token top-ups do not earn commission. Neither do taxes, refunded amounts, test transactions, or tokens we grant internally.
- Your own purchases never earn commission.
4. Holding period
New commission is held for 14 days before it can be withdrawn. That is not a delay for its own sake: a payment can be refunded or disputed after it lands, and we would rather wait than take money back from you later.
5. Refunds and cancellations
- Cancellation does not cancel your commission. If a referral stops renewing, what they already paid for stays earned by you.
- If a payment is refunded while it is still pending, the commission on it simply does not complete: it drops out of the total before it ever becomes withdrawable.
- We never take back money we have paid you. There are no negative balances and no debts in this program: we only pay out amounts that are already final.
That is the whole reason the holding period exists. If you earned $100 and one $9 payment comes back during the window, you will see $91 available: not $100 followed by a $9 debt.
6. Payouts
- You can request a payout once your available balance reaches $100.
- Payouts are made manually, normally once a month, to the details you save in your dashboard.
- Sending money costs us a transfer fee, and we show it rather than hiding it in the rate. The amount withheld and the amount you receive are both written on every payout in your dashboard.
- Keep those details correct. We are not responsible for a transfer sent to details you gave us.
- You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.
7. What is not allowed
- Referring yourself, or signing up through your own link with another account.
- Creating accounts for people who did not ask for them, or any other artificial signup.
- Paying for traffic in a way that misrepresents Blogent, or bidding on our brand name in ads.
- Spam, unsolicited messages, or posting your link where it is against the rules of the platform you post on.
- Promising things we do not offer: discounts, features, earnings or results.
- Presenting yourself as Blogent, or as employed by us.
We look at signup patterns automatically. A referral that looks artificial is put on hold for review, and the commission on it does not mature until a human has looked. The person who signed up is never blocked for this: only the commission waits.
8. Suspension
We may suspend an account from the program and cancel unpaid commission where we find fraud or a breach of section 7. Where the breach is not deliberate we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to fix it before anything is cancelled.
9. Changes to the program
We may change the commission rate, the period, the threshold or the bonus. Changes apply to commission earned after the change: anything already approved or paid is not touched. The current values always appear in your dashboard and above on this page.
We may also close the program. Commission earned before closure is still paid out.
10. Privacy of the people you refer
You see how many people signed up, how many are paying, and what you earned. You do not see their email addresses, names, or what they create. That is their data, not part of your reward.
